Yardbook have always provided the ability to print or email invoice in a batch. We have now streamlined these features to provide a single screen experience with more filtering abilities and scaled to process more invoices at once.

Getting Started
First, navigate to your invoices page by clicking on the “Invoices” link from your menu bar.
Then, near the top of the page, click on the “Select Multiple” link.
This will take you to the page to email or print multiple invoices in a batch.
From this page, you can select one or more invoices.
You can use filters to narrow your selections based on the Invoice Status or Delivery Preferences.
Once you have selected one or more invoices, click on the “Print Multiple Invoices” or “Batch Email” buttons to continue.
Yardbook will run the task in a background job. Once everything is completed, you’ll receive an email confirmation from Yardbook.
If you’re printing invoices, you’ll receive a single printable PDF file (as an email attachment) with all the selected invoices.
