  • By providing your email address and/or phone number, you agree to receive service-related emails and SMS messages from us. These communications may include estimates, invoices, job updates, and other important information related to your services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

You can use similar language to obtain approvals offline from your customers.

Additional Tips:

  • Be clear and concise. Customers should be able to understand what information you are collecting and how you will use it.
  • Be transparent. Let customers know that they can opt out of receiving text messages and emails at any time.
  • Be respectful. Customers should feel comfortable providing their phone number and email address to you.
