You can update or delete a customer credit from the Customer’s Credit History Page. Click on the blue “Edit” icon to modify a credit, or the red “delete” icon to permanently delete a credit.



Modifying/deleting any credit record will modify the credit history, which may cause:

  1. Inaccurate available credit amounts for the past
  2. inaccurate reporting
  3. Difficulty with reconciliation
  4. Inaccurate invoice and payment history
