Job-related Placeholders have always been available when sending completion emails for a single job. Because this feature is designed to pull specific information from one job, it was not available when sending bulk messages. However, now we are excited to introduce a new feature, available by request, that allows the use of Job-related placeholders on the Bulk Message page. The system will automatically identify the job for each customer, ensuring accurate and personalized messaging.

How it Works

When you use a placeholder, our system checks each customer’s schedule. It selects the job for today or, if none, the nearest job within the next 14 days.

Request Access: To use this new feature, email [email protected]. We’ll enable it for your account.

Compose Your Message: Write your message on the Bulk Message page as usual. Insert placeholders where you need job-specific information.

Send with Confidence: Our system will handle the rest, ensuring each customer receives a message tailored to their specific job.

Note

If a customer doesn’t have a job scheduled today or within the next two weeks, the placeholder will not populate with job information.

What happens if there are multiple jobs for a customer in the next 14 days?
