With a single click, Yardbook users can already generate chemical records based on their jobs. Now, the system can also create these records as PDF documents, and automatically attach them to your invoices.

This new feature works when you create an invoice from a job, or through the Auto generate invoices process. Yardbook will locate all the chemical records tied to a job, and generate the PDF documents and link them to your invoice. When you send the invoice to your customers, they will be able to see them. 

This feature is currently in beta, please contact our support team for early access.

Once the feature is enabled, when you send an invoice to your customer via email, it will automatically include any related chemical records.

Also, when your customer clicks on the “View Invoice” link, they will see the PDF link on their invoice page.
