Yardbook provides the ability to automatically generate invoices from your jobs. Many users also use the chemical tracking feature to automatically generate chemical records based on their jobs.
An enhancement has been added so you can have your chemical records automatically copied and attached to your new invoices. These attachments will be in PDF format, and are accessible by your customer when they view their invoices online.
This feature is currently in beta, please contact our support team for early access.
To use this feature, first generate chemicals records for your jobs. You can do this manually, or use one of the auto chemical or mixture tracking features.
When you generate an invoice from this job, you will find these chemical application records are automatically attached to your invoices.
