If you need to create an estimate which offers several options, you can add the different options as separate line items on an estimate.
However, this will lead to a total amount which is the total of all the line items. This total amount does not apply for your estimate and you can hide it.
To access this setting, first navigate to:
Sitemap -> Company Profile -> Settings -> Invoice Settings
Then disable the following option:
- Hide the total amount section from printed and emailed Estimates.
If you are selling to an existing customer, you may want to use the Yardbook Selling Suite instead. It will give your customers the ability to view your product catalog online and customize their service options.
