In addition to recording chemicals individually, you can also create mixtures and record their usage. A mixture contains multiple chemicals and has a pre-defined mixture to chemical ratio.

Add a New Mixture

Navigate to Sitemap -> Chemical Applications 2.0 -> Set Up Chemicals

Then, click on the “Link to Mixtures” link.

This will take you to the Mixture List Page. From here, click on the “Add” link to start creating your mixture.

You will have the option to add one or more chemicals to your mixture.

Set Up Ratios

Once you’ve added chemicals to your mixture, you will be able to define a ratio between the your mixture and the chemicals. For example, you may want to specify 1 Gallon of mixture contains X ounces of one chemical. These ratios will be used later to generate chemical records.

Recording Mixture Usage

Similar to recording a chemical application, you can record a mixture application from the Jobs Details page.

Simply click on the “Track Chemicals” link and select the “Apply Mixture” option.

Once you have added the mixture usage, Yardbook will automatically generate multiple chemical records based on the composition of the mixture.
