With our latest enhancement, you can now add an FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section to these pages, offering even more information to your customers and prospects.

How to Add FAQs to Your Business Profile

Assuming you’ve already created your business profile (click here to see how), follow these steps to add an FAQ section:

Open your business profile
Go to Sitemap -> Edit Business Profiles -> Click the “Edit” button for your profile.

Navigate to the FAQ section
In your business profile editor, you’ll see a new section specifically for FAQs.From this page, you’ll find a new section dedicated to FAQs.

Add your FAQ items
For each FAQ, you can assign a “position number” to control the display order. This ensures your most important questions appear first.

Save and publish your updates
Once you’ve added your FAQ items, they will automatically be visible on both the Public Profile Page and the Home Page View.
