When you try to delete a customer record, Yardbook will ask you if you’d like to make it inactive instead. Just click ‘Yes’ to continue.

To view a list of all Inactive Customer records, click on the drop-down menu next to the add customer button.

You will be able to re-activate an inactive customers in the next screen, by clicking on the “Restore to Active” button.
