Chemical tracking is a popular feature among our users, as it simplifies the tedious task of recording each chemical application. Many of our users generate these records automatically from their jobs.
In our latest enhancement, we’ve added a new feature that automatically sets the start and end times for chemical application records. Not having to manually add these timestamps to each record saves you time.
This feature applies whether you’re automatically generating chemical records from your jobs or manually creating them. When you generate chemical records from a job, the system will look for timesheet records linked to that job. It will use the start and end time from the timesheet as the default for your application records. You can always modify as needed.
If there are multiple timesheet records, the system will use the earliest start and the latest end time as the default.
