- Two-way texting (customers can reply to you)

- Higher daily sending limits (varies by registration and carrier policies)
Important: A2P 10DLC Registration Required
Due to recent carrier regulations, if you use a dedicated 10-digit number (10DLC) through Twilio, you must register and be approved for A2P 10DLC.
Think of A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) like a verified badge for your texting number:
- Without registration: carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) may filter or block your messages as spam.
- With registration: carriers can verify who you are and are much more likely to deliver messages reliably.
