If a customer has available credits and an invoice isn’t fully paid, an Apply Credit button will now appear directly on your invoice list page.
This enhancement allows you to quickly spot and address invoices eligible for credit application—no need to open each invoice individually. Just click the button to go straight to the credit application view, enter the credit amount, and see the invoice balance update immediately. If the credit covers the entire invoice, the status will automatically change to “Paid.”
This change is designed to save time and simplify your workflow.
