The last service date report gives you a tool to quickly find properties that have not been recently serviced. It will look through all your properties, and return a list sorted by the last time serviced. You will be able to quickly filter properties based on the last service time, and create new jobs and routes based on these results.
Note: If you are not managing your job statuses in Yardbook, this feature will not work accurately. In general, you should set the job status to “Done” when it is completed.
You can access this report by navigating to Sitemap -> Last Service Date Report.
When the report is loaded, you can apply a time filter to narrow down the time period. By default, the report displays all the properties which have NOT been serviced in the last 30 days.
Create Routes
From this report, you can select multiple properties and generate a route based on them. After you select multiple properties, click on the “Quick Dispatch” button to batch create a route and add jobs.
