The Property Report helps you plan materials and crew time by letting you:
- Filter properties by upcoming job date (Today, Tomorrow, Next 7 Days, etc.)
- Select the properties you’re servicing
- Instantly calculate totals in a Summary table (e.g., lawn size, mulch, and your custom numeric extension fields)
This is especially useful when you want to know, “How much area are we treating today?” before you load trucks or mix products.
You can open this Report by navigating to Sitemap -> Property Report.
After you have selected your properties, click on the “Re-Calculate” button to get the total amounts.
Filter Properties by Job Date
You can use one of the pre-built date filters to select the properties based on your upcoming jobs.
Filter Properties by Customer Tag
If you have added tags to your customer records, you can also use them here to help you filter your properties. Simply enter your tag name into the search box and the property list will update automatically.
Extension column totals in the Summary
If you’ve added Property Extension Columns (custom fields) to track things like treatment areas, the Property Report will now also total them—as long as the extension field is a Number type.
When you click Re-Calculate, the Summary will show:
- Standard totals (Property Size, Mulch Quantity, Lawn Size)
- Then your numeric extension totals
