Yardbook provides a set of Standard Message Templates for users who have signed up for the Premium plan. These templates can be used when you are sending out invoices or jobs notifications to your customers.
This feature is enabled automatically if you don’t have a dedicated number.
Please note, the options available for these Standard Message Templates will vary based on the page you’re currently navigating—whether it’s the ‘Invoice’ page or the ‘Jobs’ page.
As a premium account holder, you also have the option to obtain a dedicated number directly from Twilio. This dedicated number will enable you to use two-way messaging and send free-form messages without any restrictions. It also gives you the ability to create text message templates.

Since these message templates are specific to jobs and invoices, you’ll need to build your message from the Jobs Details View or the Invoice/Estimate View.
